One study showed that low self-esteem was found in 85% of the world’s population in recent years.

 

Self-esteem is the way you value yourself.

Self-confidence is the way you look at and judge yourself by your ability in a particular area(s).

Self-image is the way you look at the overall picture of yourself.

 

It’s ok if you feel negative about yourself or your abilities some of the time; we all go through times like that on occasion. However, if you find yourself constantly judging yourself in negative ways it’s not healthy and you probably suffer from low self-esteem. Low Self-esteem can cause many other issues including emotional, interpersonal, and behavioral issues, such as problems in your daily functioning and interpersonal relationships, anxiety, and depression.    

 

Well, it’s time to consider "A Different View" on yourself & your life…

 

Don’t let others’ thoughts or opinions shape your perspectives, goals or dreams; 

Learn that yours are the only ones that matter!

Understand that others’ thoughts & opinions are theirs for their reasons and 

Yours should be unique to only You!  

Stop living for others’ expectations or setting unrealistic goals for yourself, 

Learn to Hear and be heard, Learn to Love yourself, Be satisfied in your relationships 

and ultimately Be Happier & Healthier in life!
