As a therapist, I value all of my client’s rights, privacy and confidentiality, not just because it is the law within the client-therapist relationship, but because I feel everyone is entitled to respect of their personal rights and should have full privacy & confidentiality when dealing with issues that are intimate, sensitive and personal to them. It is for this reason that I am not enabling forms to be filled out/sent through this site, but instead I will personally provide you with all of the forms and policies you will need as part of your Intake process should you become a client.
We will take our time during your Intake sessions to discuss all aspects of these forms and policies to make sure you understand everything clearly before signing and consenting to any aspect of the psychotherapy process. This is one of my ways of showing you that I truly care about you and your personal and private journey through psychotherapy and healing.
